Grassroots-Computers will honor a return for exchange of defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. We do not provide technical support for products, you will need to contact manufacturers directly to confirm the status of your item. If it is defective they will provide you with an RMA number directly or you can submit a return request with Grassroots Computers directly as well after diagnosis. If you would simply like to return the item because you purchased the wrong item there will be a 15% restocking fee.
