The keyboard case is not working, what should I do?
Make sure the keyboard case has been charged. To charge the keyboard case, plug the micro-USB cable into the micro-USB port on the keyboard case and plug the other end of the cable into a powered USB port on computer. Next, pair up the keyboard case with your iPad by following the instructions on the user manual.
