Splits a single 3.5mm port into headphone jack and microphone port
While some laptops feature only a single 3.5mm audio port to support both audio input and output, this headset splitter adapter splits the audio port out into two distinct ports, one port for a microphone (input) connection, and the other port for external (output) headphone/speaker. Headphone splitters connect to the headphone jack in your smartphone, tablet, or laptop. With additional headphone jacks on the opposite end of the accessory.
Note: This adapter is not a headphone splitter. It cannot be used to split audio output into two separate sets of headphones or speakers.
